Browser Extension

Harvest — Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 24, 2026

Harvest is a browser extension that inspects a website's front-end resources (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, fonts, and other assets), can explore multiple pages of a site, and lets you export a local, offline copy. This page explains exactly what Harvest does and does not do with data.

The short version: Harvest does not collect, store, sell, or transmit any personal data. Everything it does happens locally, inside your own browser and on your own device. There are no analytics, no tracking, and no external servers operated by Harvest.

What data Harvest accesses

Permissions and why they are needed

Third-party services

None. Harvest does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data services. The optional local web server that Harvest bundles inside an exported ZIP runs only on your own machine, when you choose to launch it, to let the saved site render offline.

Children's privacy

Harvest is a developer/designer utility and is not directed at children. It collects no personal information from anyone.
